The cornerstone of our business is building custom residential homes for interested clients. We actively participate in the process from start to finish to ensure the highest quality and standards for our customers. It is our goal to make the home building process as comfortable as possible.

New Residential Home Construction

It is difficult to locate a quality builder that is also willing to take on the difficult task of a custom remodeling project. Many people have the misconception that remodeling is limited to older homes. This is not always the case. We offer many remodeling solutions to newer homes including siding upgrades, additions, and basement finishing. 

Custom Remodeling

Carey Construction has been involved in several Land Development projects. We have successfully overseen three phases of development in Highland Hills, Jenkins Twp., a Townhouse project in Pittston Twp., and are currently in the process of another one story, two car garage townhouse project in Exeter, Pa. Whether you have land that you would like developed or are interested in an upscale townhouse, please feel free to contact us at your convenience.

Land Development

Another service that we offer is excavating and commercial services. We have been involved in several commercial projects that include most recently a dental office located in Hanover, Pa.

We also welcome excavating projects such as utility digging and projects that require the use of smaller machines for tight spaces.
